We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Fractional CFO to join our team. In this role, you will work with multiple clients, providing financial leadership, forecasting, risk management, and growth strategies to help businesses scale effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Financial Strategy & Planning – Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with client business goals.
✅ Cash Flow & Budget Management – Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to improve profitability.
✅ Financial Reporting & KPIs – Provide data-driven insights and ensure financial transparency.
✅ Risk Management & Compliance – Ensure regulatory and tax compliance while mitigating financial risks.
✅ Fundraising & Capital Structuring – Assist with investor relations, debt/equity financing, and M&A activities.
✅ Collaboration & Advisory – Work closely with CEOs, business owners, and stakeholders to guide financial decision-making.
Requirements:
✔️ 10+ years of experience in finance leadership roles (CFO, VP of Finance, or equivalent).
✔️ Experience in multiple industries, including startups, SMEs, or high-growth businesses.
✔️ Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis skills.
✔️ Knowledge of GAAP, financial regulations, and compliance.
✔️ Excellent communication & leadership skills.
✔️ Ability to work flexibly across multiple clients & industries.
